$300 Tax Credit for Wood & Pellet Stoves!
A federal tax credit on 75% efficient "biomass" heating appliances, that is wood and pellet stoves, which originally expired on December 31, 2011 was reinstated by the "fiscal cliff" legislation and signed into law in January 2013. This extension provides for a 10% tax credit of up to $300 on qualifying wood and pellet stoves and is limited to a lifetime limit of $500.
All of the wood and pellet stoves and fireplace inserts that Hearth and Home Shoppe sells qualify for this generous tax credit. This is a great time to purchase a new wood or pellet stove for your home!
